Welcome to Jeff Kober Meditation
Welcome to the home of Jeff Kober Meditation/Vedic Meditation. Vedic Meditation is a simple technique practiced twice daily with the eyes closed, seated comfortably in a chair. The practice can be learned by anyone regardless of beliefs or past experience.
As one meditates, the mind settles down to a state of Restful Alertness where one has a direct experience of the level of Being, the level of Bliss, the place of fulfillment within. Like a wave settles down on the ocean, one’s individual self stands aside to make way for the larger Self and one begins to experience life as a place of joy and possibility rather than as a place of suffering.
Life is meant to be enjoyed. True meditation is the beginning of the journey to that experience.
KNOWLEDGE MEETING AND GROUP MEDITATION HAS MOVED TO BLACK DOG YOGA
Each Sunday at 10 am we meet to talk about meditation and meditate together. All are welcome. Black Dog Yoga, Van Nuys map
Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do.
