Monthly, Jeff Kober gives Meditation Introductory Talks in Los Angeles, where you will hear more about meditation and be able to ask questions of Jeff. We also travel to New York City, Chicago, Mexico, Montana and are available to travel to teach Vedic Meditation.

The Introductory Talk lasts about one hour, at the end of which time you will be given an opportunity to sign up for the course. The course itself is offered over four days, about ninety minutes each day. At the end of these four days you will have all the tools and information you will need to make Vedic Meditation a regular and powerful part of your daily life.
